1. Develop Kols in various research fields of single cell sequencing and establish academic cooperation as required;

2. Communicate with Kols in various research fields of single cell sequencing on their research needs, and then evaluate the project implementation;

3. Design the project research plan according to the KOL demand;

4. Tracked and controlled the projects in charge, timely solved various problems encountered in the projects, promoted the smooth progress of the projects, and regularly reported the progress of the projects to customers;

5. Follow up the latest research progress and trends in various research fields of single cell sequencing, and sort out and summarize;

6. Assist colleagues in the Marketing Department to complete the production of training materials and publicity materials;

7. Conduct professional training for sales according to needs, visit customers together with sales, and conduct academic lectures in the department;

8. Assist the department head to complete other work other than the project;

1. At least 3 years of experience in single-cell sequencing technical support (pre-sale, sale and after-sales) in high-throughput sequencing research service companies, especially rich experience in the whole process of single-cell sequencing projects;

2. Responsible for following up and cooperating with clinicians in at least 2 scientific research projects, with strong experience in scientific research service project management;

3. Proficient in single-cell sequencing technology (understand sample collection and preprocessing, experimental principles, and interpretation of bioinformatics analysis results; do not need to know the code, but need to know the analysis principle and specific meaning of each result graph);

4. Proficient in the specific application of single cell sequencing in the fields of tumor, neurological diseases, immune diseases, blood diseases and reproductive health, and familiar with related research program design (familiar with the routine research ideas of single cell sequencing in the field of tumor is preferred);

5. Active in work, strong ability to work under pressure, strong sense of responsibility, clear thinking, strong sense of customer service, strong coordination and communication skills, and strong team spirit;

6. Familiar with single-cell sequencing technology, analysis methods and article ideas, independently responsible for >=2 single-cell article after-sales projects with more than 5 points, able to deal with unconventional single-cell project customer needs or unexpected situations;

7. Have a good understanding of other omics (genomics, conventional transcriptome, epigenomics);

8. Active in work, strong ability to work under pressure, strong sense of responsibility, logical thinking, strong sense of customer service, strong coordination and communication skills, and strong team spirit.
