MobiNova®-S1 Single-Cell Sorting System Technical Principle

Generating the “water in oil” droplets through the microfluidic chip, by identifying the fluorescence signal in the droplets, and deflecting droplets to different channels using dielectrophoresis, thereby fulfilling highly efficient cell sorting. The sorting speed is up to 500HZ, single sorting throughput is up to million-grade single cells, sorting accuracy is up to 98%, and the post-sorting live-cell rate is up to 95%.
